Terms of Service — CleanerPro

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanerPro mobile application ("App") developed by Fahad Rashid ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CleanerPro is a phone storage cleaning utility that provides the following features:

Scanning and identifying duplicate and similar photos
Finding and managing large files on your device
Detecting and merging duplicate contacts

All processing is performed entirely on your device. No data is uploaded to external servers.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

CleanerPro offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions:

Subscription details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are in US Dollars and may vary in other countries based on Apple's currency conversion. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for backing up your data before using CleanerPro to delete any files, photos, or contacts. Deleted data may not be recoverable.

By using CleanerPro, you agree to:

Back up your data before performing any deletions. We strongly recommend using iCloud Backup or another backup solution before cleaning your device.
Review items carefully before confirming deletion. CleanerPro identifies duplicates and similar items, but the final decision to delete rests with you.
Use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Not use the App to violate the rights of others or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements.
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results of duplicate detection or similarity analysis will be perfectly accurate in all cases.
Any files identified for deletion are safe to remove for your particular use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of data, photos, contacts, or files
Loss of profits or revenue
Business interruption
Device malfunction or storage issues

ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of CleanerPro is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall take precedence to the extent of the conflict.

You acknowledge that:

These Terms are between you and Fahad Rashid, not Apple.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it.

9. Intellectual Property

CleanerPro and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by Fahad Rashid and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections 6, 7, 9, and 11 shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
